This is no doubt a nice watch that is elegant and classy. However there's a big problem with maintaining the accuracy of time. When I first received the watch I notice that there is an approximate gain of 20 to 40 seconds per day; sometime as much as 60 seconds which average out to be about 30 to 40 seconds per 24 hours. I have to send it out to Amazon Repair Center (Swinford Jewelers) for repair. The repair center completed the repair with service of movement reseal and pressure tested. After I got the watch back a few weeks later I notice the watch continue to gain an average of 20 to 30 seconds per 24 hours. This pretty much means the watch will be off by 5 minutes or so every few weeks which has to be adjusted manually. I then send the watch back out for service for the second time. The service center completed the repair stating that the watch has been regulated within +/- 4 seconds averaging with variations per specification of this movement. However the watch continue to gain approximately 20 to 30 second per 24 hours. Although I wasn't happy with the result I decided that I'm going to keep the watch and live with the fact that I have to correct the time every few weeks or so. About a couple months later condensation started to appear inside the watch. I call up the repair center and have to send the watch back out for service for the 3rd times. I finally got fed up and requested that Amazon to either issue a full refund or replace the watch. Amazon decided to issue a full refund since they didn't have any left in stock for replacement. I've bought many things through Amazon and their customer service is always the best. I've owned a Raymond Weil (Parsifal Collection) quartz movement before for over 10 years and it was a great watch that has no problem whatsoever. However I can't say the same about their automatic movement. Maybe it was just bad luck that I happen to get a lemon.
